We are a non-profit
organization founded in 2017. The purpose of this organization is to bring
students together to help our community thrive.
We serve meals and sponsor meal programs at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. In addition, we pack non-perishable food items and snacks as a part of CARE packages and delivery it to homeless families in our community.
During summer, we work along with Youngscholarsoftrenton.org to tutor children from Trenton schools to prevent the “summer slump.” 4-5 tutors student volunteers from local high schools participate to help the children. Learn More...
Become a volunteer to raise funds or to serve meals. Give us suggestions to support areas that are currently undersupported.
Choose from the large selection of latest pre-made blocks - full-screen intro, bootstrap carousel, content slider, responsive image gallery with lightbox, parallax scrolling, video backgrounds, hamburger menu, sticky header and more.
The mentorship program has 4 members and we meet weekly to discuss current events and engage in STEM projects.
The group has 4 students now and meets every Sunday at the Mercer County Library.
The sessions have three parts:
* The first part is Week in Review, where the latest news items and world events are discussed.
* The second part is Ask a Question, where students can ask anything that they are curious about
such as how does a traffic light work or what is Anti Lock System in cars.
* The third and most interesting part is working on STEM projects. Every child gets an electronics kit
and we work on assembling different circuits. I look to expand this to many more students in the
months to come.
We are looking for volunteers to become mentors. This will be a year-long commitment to support and guide their mentees.
